One system instead of five programs

Most companies keep their accounts in one program, their stock in a spreadsheet and their payroll in a third file — then spend the end of every month reconciling the numbers. AX Core puts them in one system: each department sees what concerns it, and the figures come from a single source.

What it runs

• Accounting: double entry, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet, multiple currencies, period and year closing.
• Sales and point of sale: quotes, orders, invoices and returns, price lists, cashier shifts and end-of-day closing.
• Purchasing and inventory: suppliers, purchase orders, landed costs, warehouses, stock counts and batches with expiry dates.
• People: employee files, attendance with fingerprint devices, and payroll.
• Operations: CRM, projects with budgets and tasks, manufacturing, fixed assets, fleet, helpdesk and documents.

Why AX Core

• Truly connected: a sale takes from stock and posts to the ledger in the same operation.
• In your language: Arabic, Kurdish and English, with instant switching and a dark mode.
• Wherever you are: a desktop program, a phone app and a website — on one server with one set of permissions.
• Permissions and an audit log: each user sees what concerns them, and every change is recorded under their name.
• Automatic updates: each new version reaches every workstation signed and verified.
• Clear licensing: yearly or perpetual. If a licence ends, your data stays readable and exportable.
