SyncSync

Über dieses Produkt

Group chats bury the message that matters. A price change, a stock alert or a new instruction scrolls away under everything else, and nobody can say who actually read it.

Sync gives every message a topic, sends it to the job roles that need it, and asks each person to confirm. Managers see the result on one screen.

Send to roles, not phone numbers

Address Accountants and Sales Reps in two taps. Each employee sees only the messages sent to their role.

Know who read it

Turn on acknowledgment and staff confirm with one tap. The dashboard lists who is still pending.

Structured topics

Price change, new product, out of stock, announcement and note, each with the fields it needs, shown in the same order on every phone.

Controlled access

Each employee joins with a personal six-digit code tied to one phone. The admin can disable an account or reset a device at any time, and a disabled account is signed out on its phone. A one-time recovery key moves the admin account to a new phone.

Built for mixed-language teams

Arabic, Kurdish Sorani, Kurdish Badini and English, with full right-to-left layout and localized date and time pickers.

Sales sheets and charts

The accountant uploads an Excel or CSV sales sheet. Sync reads the rows (date, sales rep, product, quantity, amount), shows them for review, and saves them to the company workspace. A wrong upload can be undone, and uploading the same file twice never doubles the totals. Managers see totals, a chart and the full detail lines per sales rep for today, this week or this month.

Notes and follow-up

Notes for yourself, a role or one employee, with a reminder date and a photo. Messages move from received to in progress to done.
